
Philip Emchick joined Bois Capital in 2018 in the Investment Banking Group. His core responsibilities include deal sourcing and leading mandates, conducting industry and company-specific research related to transactions; managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations; preparing marketing materials, offering memoranda and management presentations; and assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships.
Prior to joining Bois Capital, Philip served as Senior Investment Banking Associate at Boustead Securities, a Los Angeles based Investment Bank, where he focused on U.S. and Chinese based Nasdaq and NYSE initial public offerings, along with private placement offerings. Previously, Philip worked as an M&A Associate at a middle-market investment bank, Software Equity Group. At Software Equity Group he specialized in software-specific M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, divestitures, joint ventures, and leveraged buyouts. He started his investment banking career as an Associate at CIM Securities.
Philip holds B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and an M.B.A. from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego.
